APEC 2020: Malaysian Youth Summit by #Undi18

As Malaysia moves forward toward developing closer economic ties to the rest of the world, through free trade agreements (FTAs) and regional economic cooperations (APEC, RCEP), it is imperative that the youth are brought into the discussion. Youth are the future, and without engaging them, their potential to become thought leaders, inspirators, and nation changers would be lost.

APEC 2020: Malaysian Youth Summit is an event to build and inspire Malaysian youth champions and thought leaders.
Malaysian youth will get the opportunity to listen and respond to political leaders and academics on the values and challenges of regional economic cooperation such as APEC.

Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in an international trade simulation session to gain an appreciation of the complexities of international trade negotiations and the role that the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) plays.

This event is for Malaysian youths between the age of 17-30. Please email qyirayusri@undi18.org for any questions.
